Optimism holds a special place in the Ethereum community. My motivation for becoming a delegate is to help promote a transparent, productive, and positive sum governance process. I’ve played a key role in shaping Balancer’s governance process over the last two years and I hope to bring that expertise to the Optimism Collective.

My view on the Optimistic Vision :

I am a strong believer in the importance of funding public goods and was quite active contributing to Gitcoin back in 2020. The Optimistic Vision represents a massive step forward in Ethereum’s commitment to public goods and I’m very excited to see it come to life.

My view on the first three articles of the Working Constitution:

It represents a refreshingly candid view on web3 governance - we don’t expect to get it right from the beginning and instead begin the journey with an open mind, ready to experiment. Balancer has been through a few experiments of its own and even recently created their new Foundation in the Caymans so I will bring relevant and constructive insights as Optimism starts this journey towards a governance system that truly serves the interests of the Collective.
